1) Install a clean VPS yourself.
2) Install OpenVPN yourself using a script https://github.com/Nyr/openvpn-install.
3) Configure clients on the server.
4) Configure clients on the computer and/or on the mobile - OpenVPN.

Only you will have access to your traffic. Outsiders VPN services (especially free ones) can track your traffic, as they set it up. You've made all the settings here yourself - without anyone else's eyes. This is the most secure VPN option.

Alternatively, you can install WireGuard or a proxy server instead of OpenVPN.
